5th/6th Concert

Last night the 5th and 6th grade choirs performed their first concert in front of a packed gymnasium full of parents, family and friends. The choir shared the floor with the 5th and 6th grade bands and all groups involved performed at a high level of excellence.

The combined choir pieces worked out very well considering it was their first time ever singing them through all together. The 76 piece combined choir has such a powerful sound and it was nice to showcase this last night at the concert.

I hope everyone in attendance enjoyed the concert experience and hope to see them at future events to come!

Upcoming Events

The High School will be performing their first concert of the school year in the High School Auditeria on Sunday, December 13 @ 3pm. Students need to arrive at 2:45 and should remember that the concert dress should include the colors Black, White, Green and Red. I invite you to be as creative as possible with your dress. Also, please remember that appropriate concert attire should be worn (exclude t-shirts, jeans, tennis shoes, etc.)

On Tuesday, December 15 @7pm, the 7th/8th grade choirs will be performing their first concert of the school year in the Middle School Gymnasium. Students should arrive at 6:40pm. Concert dress should include the Choir t-shirt, khaki pants and tennis shoes.

Beginning of School Year

What an awesome start to the school year!!!

I can tell already that we are going to have some amazing choir groups this school year! The high school already has 2 songs under there belt and seem to be eager to learn more and more everyday! Middle school choirs are coming along very nicely with there rehearsals and I am looking forward to their performances in November and December.

This website is designed to keep you (whoever you are looking at this) informed on what is happening with the choir program at Triad. Feel free to browse around and see everything available to you so far. This website is in its first phase of being built and will have much more added to it as time allows. For now, keep in the know with the choral calendar located at the bottom of this page. Mr. Waibel's Summer

Mr. Waibel has been out in Chicago most of this summer working on his Master's degree and participating in some really enjoyable experiences that he hopes to bring back to Triad.
